Panama Caribbean Food started in Toronto in 2024 as a way to bring the flavors we grew up with to the Panamanian community and to anyone curious about our food.
Every dish is made from scratch the day you order it: rice with pigeon peas and coconut, stewed chicken, sancocho, empanadas, sweet plantains. Fresh ingredients, home recipes, nothing pre-cooked.
Besides pickup and delivery across the GTA, we cater private and corporate events, take part in festivals, and organize community outings like our Niagara day trip with a hot Panamanian lunch included.
